We are a remote salon, which means we are not able to answer calls when we are servicing clients. Simply go to your email reminder, or confirmation email and hit the link. There will be a  "Reschedule Button" Here is where you can reschedule your appointment and the system will automatically cancel your initial appointment and send you a confirmation for new appointment. Please note, because our policy is 24 hrs this will not work 12 hours before your scheduled appointment.

What happens if I need to reschedule my appointment?

We know how awful it is to run late for an appointment. In this case, you can still try to come to your appointment. We cannot guarantee we will be able to see you, as our appointments run every 20 min. However, sometimes other clients do not show up, or reschedule or cancel their appointments. We may be able to fit you in if there is space available on the same day. We do try to fit you in as your designer loses out on your appointment as well. Please allow enough time to find parking to avoid lateness and having to reschedule. Be advised that if we have no other options on the same day there will be a $25 fee for missed appointment. 

I am running late for my appointment what do I do?

Yes. If you miss or arrive late without being seen, or cancel your appointment after the 24 hr mark you will be charged $25. When you are unable to give notice we are not able to book the spot. 

Will I be charged for a late, missed or cancelled appointment?

If you are booked for a service that is more than 20 min, we require a deposit. Deposits are non-refundable. If you cannot make your appointment for any reason and do not cancel 24-hours in advance, you will lose your deposit. Also, a $25 fee will be applied on your next visit. You are able to reschedule your appointment online 24-hours using your confirmation or reminder email.

We love pets, but for health reasons and the comfortability of other clients pets will not be allowed in the salon.

Can I bring my pet into salon?

For safety reasons, we ask that you bring a car seat for your baby to comfortably sit while we are doing your brows. We do not allow strollers in the salon, there is simply no room at the front door. We ask for you to bring in a lock so you can lock-up your stroller outside or we can provide one. We work with sharp objects for this reason babies cannot sit in your lap while we are performing services.
